Home workouts that adapt to you

Most workout apps hand you the same plan every week. Infinifit watches how each session went and adjusts the next one: more reps, the next weight you own, or a harder variation when you've earned it. All of it is built around the equipment and space you actually have.

It adjusts reps and load every session

Each exercise is worked in a rep range that suits your goal. After a session you can rate how hard each exercise felt, or just log what you did.

It levels you up to harder variations

Exercises are grouped into ladders of the same movement, easiest first. When you've proven an exercise, Infinifit suggests the next step up, so bodyweight training keeps progressing even without weights.

It suggests what to train next

Infinifit tracks which muscle groups you've trained recently and recommends what to train next based on what is due. A weekly report shows what improved, what's lagging and where to push next.

It generates a workout in seconds

  1. Pick your time, anywhere from 5 to 60 minutes.
  2. Say where you're training: the space you have and the equipment you own, or bodyweight only.
  3. Choose a focus such as strength or endurance, or follow your account preferences.
  4. Get a draft with reps and load already set from your history. Adjust it and keep it.

Start training and let the next session adapt to this one. No card required.

Questions

How does it decide when to add reps or weight?

Each exercise is worked in a rep range that suits your goal, such as 4–8 reps for strength. You add reps session by session; once you reach the top of the range you move up to the next weight you own and start again from the bottom. A session rated easy counts straight away, one rated moderate needs a second like it before anything moves.

What if a workout was too hard?

Rating a set near your limit holds it where it is. Two sessions in a row that went to failure back it off. If you don't rate an exercise, Infinifit compares what you did with what was planned.

Do I need weights for it to progress?

No. Bodyweight exercises progress through reps, time and harder variations — from incline push-ups towards harder push-up variations, for example. Weights you own are used when an exercise can take them.

Is the workout generator free?

Yes. Generating a workout from your time, space, equipment and focus is free with an Infinifit account. Premium adds AI mode, which personalises the draft to your training history and lets you describe the session in your own words.

How long can a generated workout be?

Anywhere from 5 to 60 minutes, in 5-minute steps. You get a draft first and nothing is saved until you keep it, so you can adjust it before you train.
